So this is the first method of adding signatures in word using a scanner. For this method the scanner is a must. You can not apply this method without a scanner, if you have a scanner, then just follow the following steps to add your signature in the document using Word.

  1. Do your signature on paper and scan it in, into your computer.
  2. Save your scanned file as an image in the computer using a scanner.
  3. Open your Word file and click wherever you want to add your signature in.
